About NightPlumber
NightPlumber is East London's night-only emergency plumber. We work 8pm to 8am, every night, in E1, E2, E3, E8, E9 and E14, and nowhere else. We attend burst pipes, leaks, blocked toilets and sinks, overflows, failed stopcocks and no-water calls, and make them safe. No gas or boiler work at night: we make safe and book a Gas Safe registered engineer for 8am. The callout is £199 before midnight or £249 after, inc VAT, paid before the plumber arrives. Is there a plumber in East London that only works nights?
Yes. NightPlumber works only from 8pm to 8am, every night, in E1, E2, E3, E8, E9 and E14. It does no daytime work and no gas work. A night visit costs £199 before midnight or £249 after, callout inc VAT, locked when a plumber accepts.

Why we only work nights
Most emergency plumbers are day firms with a phone that rings at night. The night is the exception to their day, so at 1am you get the answering service, the "first thing tomorrow" slot, or a night rate that wasn't mentioned on the phone.
For us the night is the job. The roster is built for it. The van is stocked for it: isolation kit, caps, flexis, a wet vac, torches. The price is set for it and written down before anyone leaves. And because we don't do day work, we have no reason to sell you a repair at 2am. We make it safe tonight, photograph it, and quote the repair for daylight. Get a second opinion if you want one.
We're closed 8am to 8pm. That's not a gap in the service. It is the service.
What we don't do
- Gas or boilers. Never, at any hour. No hot water or heating at night: we make the plumbing safe and book a Gas Safe registered engineer for 8am. If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999 first.
- Day work. We're closed 8am to 8pm. Repairs we quote at night are done by daytime plumbers, ours or anyone else's.
- External drain jetting. Internal blockages only: toilets, sinks, baths, internal waste pipes.
- Anywhere outside E1, E2, E3, E8, E9 and E14. If you're outside, we say so on the phone and take no money.
- Cash. We don't take it. Nobody from NightPlumber will ask you for money at the door.
- Selling at 2am. Anything beyond making safe is a fixed quote you approve on your phone, or don't. The default is no.

What we do at night, and what we don't
Tonight (8pm–8am)
Burst pipes and leaks. Blocked toilets, sinks and internal drains. Overflows and ball valves. Stopcocks that won't turn. No water. We find it, quote the fix on your phone, and with your yes stop the water and make safe. Callout first, work priced before it starts.
Tomorrow (quoted tonight, done by day)
Repairs beyond making safe: replacing the pipe, the tap, the cistern, the flexi. We photograph it, quote a fixed price on your phone, and you decide in daylight. Get a second opinion if you like.
Never at night
Gas and boilers. If you have no hot water or heating, we make the plumbing safe tonight and book a Gas Safe registered engineer for 8am. We never work on gas. External drain jetting. Anything outside E1, E2, E3, E8, E9 and E14.
